A commercial director, editor and photographer, Marshall graduated from University of Central Florida with a degree in film and headed west, where he worked as a freelance camera assistant, technical supervisor and tech coordinator for a number of  reality shows including The Osbournes, Making the Band, America's Next Top Model, and Surf Girls to name a few. In 2004, Marshall went on the road to shoot a punk rock burlesque troupe documentary. The resulting film, SuicideGirls: The First Tour, was picked up by Showtime and was the catalyst for his career in directing. Marshall would direct five more films for Showtime, in addition to brand content for Redken, Pureology and Mazda to trailers for LionsGate and content for Fast Company. Marshall has also directed commercial projects for Burger King, Chick-Fil-A, DiGiorno, Minute Maid, United Airlines and Emirates Airlines.
